Make A Difference

Go M.A.D. is a response to the urgent summons in Joel 2:15-18, given at a time of crisis, "Sanctify a fast, call a solemn assembly...assemble the elders, gather the children." We are calling solemn assemblies of three generations to fast and pray for a groundswell of repentance, reconciliation and healing, leading to revival and a spiritual shift in our community and nation's destiny.

This gathering is nameless and faceless – it’s not a festival, but a fast, a sacrifice to move Heaven. Students and leaders will come because they've heard a sound, not of entertainment, but a sound of a revolution, that maybe a community and nation can turn back to God. We want to close the doors of false ideologies that have broken down the spiritual vitality of out community, and open the doors where there's been revival before, a re-digging of the wells. We believe that God keeps covenant with places and people, which gives a deep sense of significance to our prayers at this Holy gathering.

We are not gathering to point the finger at the world, but, rather, to repent for the Church's abdication of its role in society, government, law, and entertainment

Vision
To shape the history of our community and possibly the nations by calling students and leaders to gather in united massive fasting, prayer and humble repentance.

Mission
To shape the future by:

•  Mobilizing our students and leaders in a sustained movement of united fasting, prayer and repentance for spiritual breakthroughs in our lives, community and the nations
•  Turning the hearts of the fathers to the children and the children to the fathers so powerfully that it will break the curse off a nation
•  Calling forth extreme devotion to God and Nazarite consecration in a young generation destined to be the flashpoint of a Jesus revolution that will impact every aspect of our community and society at large.

About Go M.A.D.

•  Go M.A.D. will bring together students and leaders to fast, repent, worship and pray. Our gathering time will include inspirational speakers, prayer - spark sustained prayer, individually and corporately and worship.
•  Go M.A.D is rooted in love. At the heart of Go M.A.D. is love for God and for all people and the desire to see God move to restore the foundations of Christian faith and revive our community and the nations.
•  Go M.A.D. is endeavoring to bring Glory to God and not to man. Go M.A.D participants will not be publicized. Those leading will remain nameless and faceless outside the context of the meetings.

Go M.A.D is about reconciliation.

•  Between generations - In order for America to experience revival, Malachi 4:6 must be fulfilled —God turning “the hearts of the fathers to their children and turn the hearts of the children to their fathers.”
•  Between races and ethnic groups - God’s house is “a house of prayer for all nations” (Mark 11:17) and He “has made of one blood all nations” and will gather before his throne in worship (Revelation 7:9).
•  Between men and women – Go M.A.D. embraces the gifts and callings of each and affirms the intrinsic value and worth of each. “In Christ there is no male or female” (Galatians 3:28).

As participants are individually and corporately reconciled to God, reconciliation will occur.

•  Go M.A.D. is a response to the groundswell of desperation in today’s youth. Youth are in trouble and morality is declining. Our youth are facing their darkest hour. A whole generation is under attack, resulting in a cry for the Jesus of the Bible. Youth are turning to Christ, making a radical commitment to confront the culture and change their world.
•  Go M.A.D is not political and does not endorse any political party. Even though this is not a political event, participants will be praying for political, educational and spiritual leaders, as directed in 1 Timothy: 1-2.
•  Go M.A.D is about cultural transformation. The result of fasting, praying and true repentance is changed lives and an outpouring of God’s grace resulting in cultural transformation.
•  Go M.A.D is an opportunity to covenant with God.
•  Go M.A.D. is students and leaders committed to God’s purposes. Together, we are responding to a call we have heard from God to believe and fight for spiritual revolution (resulting in evangelism, missions and national transformation)
•  Go M.A.D is for such a time as this. It is the time for a massive youth revolution of prayer and consecration and another wave of young missionaries—first to schools, then to the nations. Now is the time to call the world’s youth to a walk of intimacy and righteousness with their God.
